There is no doubt real time marketing is changing the way companies do business. I am going to specifically speak here about how the ‘little guy’ can use real time marketing to his advantage in the brick and mortar and online world of e-commerce. You can search out second hand items, rare items and simple inexpensive replacement items that would normally cost you 10x more at a brick and mortar. Running an ecommerce store has a few drawbacks however including delivery time for those customers who needed their items an hour ago.

The ability to chat, text, email and talk to a local customer in real time who finds your ad may give you an advantage.
