What are the advantages of real-time marketing?


Real time marketing allows companies to reach and connect instantly with consumers at a more personal level – something we all crave nowadays! Consumers are tired of being treated as the masses. This method allows for a two way dialogue between the brand and the consumer.

With everything being mobile and on the go nowadays… marketing is forced to keep up. Real time marketing allows for faster feedback for both the marketer and the consumer. For marketers, it gives them the opportunity to connect directly with consumers and get ‘real time’ and honest feedback at an individual level. This makes the consumer feel heard and understood. Companies can now build stronger customer relationships, which in turn will bring consumers back – building a long term relationship between the consumer and the brand experience.

Marketers are used to spending huge budgets doing consumer research. This new era is changing the way we are able to collect consumer data, which provides marketers with much better insights into consumer needs. Collecting data real time allows marketers to respond to consumer needs faster, strengthening the relationship between a brand and a consumer. Having direct communication allows marketers to better understand their consumer which helps them to develop better products that align to the consumers need.
